So I've been on a mission to lose weight for like 2 years now. hahaha. Like a real mission. I lost 35 pounds within a few months and have been teeter-tottering ever since. sucks. Anyway, I'm back on track. I don't want to be obsessive about it because then it'll be short-term. I want to make a routine that I can keep. Laura and I have been going to the gym and have been trying to eat in more which is good.
 I'd like to lose 20 pounds in six months. I think I can do it. But we'll see. I'll post what I ate later. lol.

Breakfast: 1 low carb waffle 1 cup of lemonade Lunch: 4 chicken fingers 1 rice krispie treat 1 diet pepsi Dinner: 1 bowl of chicken broth 2 bowls of kashi 1 cup of lemonade 1 piece of cake i so suck this week. .. i'm joining the 75 day challenge so I'm switching my weigh in date to thursday. boo.

I try not to weigh myself every morning and wait until Saturday (that's my weekly morning weigh in day) but I just had to. I felt so good this morning. Well, thank God because I lost all the beer weight from last week. It looks like this week is going to be a good one.
